About Us

Smith and Royer Apartments is located three blocks from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. The property offers one, two, and four bedroom apartments, as well as two bedroom suites. Each apartment comes with a Washer, Dryer, Stove, and Refrigerator. The internet (there is a one time activation fee to use our internet) and the garbage is included with rent amount. Please note, our apartment do not accept pets.

Many tenants choose to walk to class due to the close proximity, but there is also a Go West bus stop right at our corner!
