• 2019 MBA Application

    Macomb Business Academy (MBA) is a program designed to develop leadership potential within the community to meet the demands of tomorrow. MBA identifies emerging leaders within the Macomb area and provides a broad view of civic leadership through direct contact with the leaders and institutions shaping the community. The program runs from September through November with weekly, two-hour sessions. Participants will expand their knowledge and contacts within their community. Sessions include: Economic Development, Local & Area Government, Not For Profit & Service Organizations, Health Care, Agriculture in our Community, Local Safety & Crisis Response, Manufacturing in our Community, Creating an Inclusive Community, Education, Shop Local, and Transportation. Participants will also explore "Strengths Based Leadership," while further developing their leadership skills and building connections.

    Upon submission, applications will be reviewed. Approved applicants will be notified by August 21. Once accepted, tuition payment of $250 is due. Tuition must be paid prior to September 2. MBA will begin on Thursday, September 5 and will meet every Thursday through November 21. *We will attend Legislative Luncheon on Wednesday, October 16 in addition to class.
