Loan Programs

The Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Development Corporation offers businesses located within the downtown area the opportunity to expand and improve their business with the help of the Downtown Building Improvement & Economic Development Revolving Loan Program. This program is designed to be used in conjunction with other funds to (1) Improve the buildings located within the Courthouse Square area, or (2) Provide working capital and equipment financing for businesses located in the downtown district.

For businesses located outside of the downtown area, the City of Macomb offers the Macomb Economic Development Revolving Loan Program (CDAP). For more information on this program please contact Macomb's Community Development Coordinator at 309-833-4944.

Also available for businesses located with McDonough, Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Knox, and Warren Counties are the Prairie Hills Small Business Loan Programs. These loans offer a variety of options to help new and expanding businesses with their financial needs.
