The Macomb Area Economic Development Corporation (MAEDCO) focuses on large business ventures while we as an organization focus on small business recruitment and development. The Illinois Small Business Development Center and the Western Illinois Entrepreneurship Center are also wonderful resources which are ready to assist you. Western Illinois University has professionals as well as graduate and undergraduate students in many fields who are willing to assist with gathering statistics for your business plan, make recommendations for your marketing and financial plans, and occationally provide an intern to help with your needs.
